Lily and Smudge

The girls behaviour has changed a fair bit since we lost Stumpy

They are much more relaxed, and I don't think I realised how much they curbed their behaviour in response to her rough play

But they've been very relaxed and affectionate with each other the last week since I've been home, and play constantly.

This is becoming a regular sight (they very rarely used to cuddle up together)

In my house, that is major cuddling. The only time Lucy and Carly have been that close is when Lucy is under the covers and Carly is on top of them.

And it is nice to see pictures of the lovely Lily. She reminds of my Petunia so much with her beautiful sun splotches of color.

I think someone needs a claw trim... those needle sharp claws are painful when she kneads me!

Those are little daggers. Carly gets her trimmed more often than the other two primarily because she is the kneader.

Lily's just hard to do because she hates being picked up! So instead I groan in pain while she needles me

Aw, they look lovely together. Yes, I know it's time to trim the boys' nails when I wince as they knead me. Usually in the boob.

Awwwww, that is bittersweet, but what a beautiful site to see those kitties all snuggled together.

That would be major cuddling in my house too
