Food questions

I really need some help with my picky eaters. I have two 1-year old males who currently eat a mix of Wellness Indoor Health Dry and Natural Balance Original Ultra Dry. I also give them a small amount of wet food 2-3 times per day. Toby refuses to eat anything except Fancy Feast Florentine or Tuscany varieties. Zeke likes that as well, but will try Purina Pro Plan or whatever else I give him on occasion. With Toby, I have tried many other types of wet (Wellness Core, Wellness w/ grain, EVO, Weruva, Nutro, Natural Balance, BFF, California Naturals, Science Diet and on and on...) but unless he gets the Fancy Feast, he usually won't touch it. I've thrown out too many cans of good food to count. Zeke is normal weight but Toby's 15lbs and a little pudgy. Should I keep trying to get them to eat a better quality wet food or is what they're eating now okay? I would ideally like them on a wet-only diet, but not ready to make the switch unless I know I'm feeding them something healthy.
