Morning All!!

Well it looks like we are getting a repeat of yesterday, damp and dreary here.

Nothing much planned for today have to do a couple of small errands. My hands is about the same as yesterday so in other words not feeling the best.

Going to give it a wax bath here shortly and see if that helps.

The kitties are sitting in the window right now, they seem to be intent on something but not sure exactly what.

Good morning! Kitties let me sleep in a bit, mostly because they were to busy bird watching in the living room to care about breakfast,

. Now they're all running around playing "Who can keep mommy's attention the longest?"

A very lazy day planned. Need to clean up around the house and run up to work for a second tonight. Other than that I'm free as a bird!!

Now I'm off to enjoy my coffee and my kitties antics.

Good late afternoon. Today we bought mom his Christmas gift-digital camera. DH hooked up mom's dvd from August

Finally I can get rid of some boxes now. Time to dejunk for the holidays.

Good afternoon, all.

Just got back from picking up groceries. It's been a nice day here so I don't mind having been out of the house. Sunday is my errand day, so I've been poking at laundry, changing linens and tidying for the next week. I'll start dinner and make tomorrow's lunches in a bit.

We've been lazing around today. We went to church, and then napped and I am doing laundry and chores now.

I did some gardening today...I put in three peony bushes...fingers crossed that they grow!

I also planted some squirrel food...erm...I mean tulip bulbs.

Now I'm killing some time until 4pm...I have potential adopters coming to look at my foster kittens...more fingers crossed!

Did Xmas shopping this morning. I've had a headache since yesterday afternoon, so I'm not doing much. I did yank out the dead plants in the garden, and put garden stuff away. I flushed the foster cats out from under the guest room bed, AGAIN! The little devils managed to tear down enough of the barricade to get under the bed. As I'm trying to socialize them, I don't want them there. I did have fun sitting on the floor, and showing them the items in the boxes that I took from under the bed--the gift wrap box was quite popular with them--until Junior (a kitten) saw the life-sized cut-out cat gift bag--he was scared of it!

I was a bit tired from stacking firewood yesterday so I went to bed early last night and slept in till like almost 7 am!!

Read the newspaper and then we carried in more firewood and Neil stacked another cart load by the family room door. We will see how long this lasts us this winter!!

I then loaded plant material in the car and drove to work and created a fall display for one week only-we are supposed to get rain Tues/Wed so hopefully the dried material will hold up ok.

Came home took a nap then after the Packer game we took a walk. Roasted a chicken for dinner.

It was super nice outside today. At one time the temp gauge on the car said 57F!!

The kitties enjoyed the weather too.

Good evening

Well I was on the road at 10:30, and about noon I made it past the rain... which was great. The change in weather was great.... it was bout 9-10C standing if front of a wavey Lake Superior.

I'm just relaxing in a small town motel, overdid it today

so I'm hoping some rest will help and that I can get a good nights sleep and go do some "tourist" stuff tomorrow.

I really can't get over the mild weather....
