Anyone else notice an increase in shedding after starting on TOTW???
Kiwi was being fed Before Grain chicken, and barely shed. In fact she is a white cat and I have navy blue furniture and you couldn't even tell that there was a cat in the house. I changed to TOTW for a bit, because Kiwi was getting bored with her food, and the fur coming off of her is unreal.... anyone else notice this too??

I've been feeding TOTW for a year now, and never had a problem with it. I have longhaired kitties too.

Your kitty could have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients in TOTW.... there are several different ingreds between BG and TOTW.

Hmmm. Can you take a look at the ingredients in the two bags and see if there is a major difference? As Snake_Lady's mentioned, sensitivities and allergens can cause loss of fur.

Have you thought of offering wet food instead of dry? That might help Kiwi's coat, too.

venison is a big difference

My guess it the Taste is lower in fatty acid s , it has 2.8% which for a "premium' is low IMHO ... I look for at least 3 and prefer 4 for omega six and a 8 to 1 ratio of 6 to 3 fatty acids

the other big difference is the protein and fat amounts ..

wet food can help I agree ....

I have a silly ?? for you ... at about the same time did your weather change>?

has she been on the Taste for roughly 8 weeks ?
