Guys if you clicked this please back away.

Last night when I was laying around watching tv I noticed my breasts were feeling kinda sore but I didnt really think too much about it. But when I took my bra off they HURT like seriously hurt! And they are even worse today. Just super tender. I've looked and I dont see any bruising and I didnt do anything to hurt them that I remember.
And my period isnt due until the end of the month. It usually starts the last few days to the first few days... So I got another week or so.

Maybe I'm just freaking out but I'm getting scared! Anyone know what could be wrong? I am hoping to go to the doctor but I wont be able to until Monday... thats a lot of stressful time to wait!

I don't know if this is a posiblity, but that sounds like what my breats felt like right before I found out I was pregnate. You could also be having a random growth spurt...... Or your peroid could be comming early this month. All definate possiblites

oh good god please dont say that. The beau and I are always careful! At least we try our best to be! I'm not on the pill right now because of budget problems and havent been able to get to the health dept to get some cheaper.
We've never had sex without a condom and I dont think we've done anything that could have let an accident happen. Gah now I'm going to be wracking my brain all night trying to remember.

Better not be coming early! The beau has been in china for the entire month and if it shows up early I may have to find mother nature and kill her...

I hate to say it but: my boobs hurt a LOT when I was about 3wks pregnant with my first daughter.

Also, I have a cyst in one breast, and if I have too much caffeine it hurts. Even tho the cyst is pea sized, my entire boob hurts.

And finally, my boobs will hurt in relation to monthly cycle. Sometimes they swell a bit and hurt around ovulation, other times it is a few days before my period.

Oh and one more: when I wear one specific bra, they are a little more sensitive

so, my thoughts:

- pregnancy
- hormonal
- bra (did you get a new one??? or have you used a new soap???)
- do you know how to do a self exam? ( have you checked for lumps? )

Because this is abnormal for you, definately mention it to your doctor.

Have you consumed more caffeine than usual?Coffee...tea...soda...chocolate?If you have, you could have a sensitivity to large amounts of it,and "the girls" are where you are going to feel it.I speak from experience, which is why I'm a decaf person as much as possible.Always best to have the doc check you out,but something to think about.

actually the opposite. I have cut back on my caffeine intake by a lot. I've been drinking a lot of propel and stuff.

Edit to take out the caffiene since you already answered it.

If not excess caffiene, I'm leaning towards hormonal ( can happen with ovulation ) or pregnancy. If you had lumps I'd be a little more concerned.

( of course the standard disclaimer applies: I am not a doctor and my thoughts are just that, based on my own experiences)

I don't want to scare you, but everyone needs to be aware that there are other types of breast cancer that do not cause lumps. Just something for everyone to remember.

Hopefully it's just hormones from PMS messing with you - maybe your going to start early due to recent stress/changes.

I hadn't heard the caffeine one before - I assume it's linked to it being a vasoconstrictor? Thankfully not a problem for me since I have to take one.

I wish I had the money for a test... I'd be running out for it right now. But I'm horribly broke this week. I wish I would have gone to the health dept and gotten one for free but I didnt get to
I think I'm going to be very uneasy all weekend
why is it half the early warning signs are also normal side effects of your period? Why does mother nature do that to us?

Cruel joke?
Are there any other clinics or maybe planned parenthood clinics that you could go to tomorrow?

The dollar store has a very reliable pregnancy test. If you are worried about pregnancy, and you have a dollar store around check it out. A couple dollars could buy you some peace of mind.

Good luck
