I am sorry to have to post this.
Ty had to be pts today because there was no hope.
He was loved by all of us and will be missed.

Thank you everyone for your hopes and prayers. Ty's sickness came as a surprise and progressed rapidly. The drs told me there was maybe a 5% chance he would recover, noting that he may have siezures the rest of his life. I had to make the tough decision to put him down. I'm heartbroken and deeply saddened by this loss.

Ty, I'll love you forever and wish we had more time together. You were taken away from me too early. You will always be my little star. I miss you.

This is such a sad day for Frances and us. Ty was our baby before he went to California and we loved him very much. He was such a sweet gentle friendly guy.
I know Frances loved her little "goofball".

I hate that this had to happen to him.

RIP Tiberius, you were already an angel on earth.

They will perform an autopsy so that we can understand what happened. It's really hard to cope with his loss. I've never had to have any animal pts, and never expected that Ty would be the first.

Thank goodness you're having an autopsy - how unusual for a kitten to have seizures.
