Do you know how pitiful it is that I've been a member here since April of this year and have never shared pictures of my kitties?! I mean, sure, I did show a pic of the cat I adopted in June of this past year, but, even so, it was just the one photo. I guess I've been waiting until the house and my bedroom were renovated and re-decorated, but now that that's almost done, I can't wait and want to share photos of my girls.
I'm a little anxious to share the pics since the house is not renovated in these and it's definitely not very pretty, but my kitties are and hopefully that will detract from the icky-ness of a house mid-renovation
. Oh, and I apologize as the pictures are not the best quality. (P.S. Can you tell I'm a perfectionist?!)
First off, my lovely Cassidy:
Cass is 1 year, 7 months old and is, as you can see, a ginger and white female DMH/DLH tabby. These pictures were taken shortly after I adopted her and she has since grown quite a bit more and her fur appears healthier (including a nice, big ruff that she's developed with her winter coat
).
Next up...Delaney:
Laney is 1 year, 5 months old and is a brown tabby with white DSH female. These pictures were taken shortly after her adoption and she has since grown and filled out quite a bit.
And, last but certainly not least, this is Emory:
Em is just about 2 years old and is a tortie with a tortitude to match! She is a DSH female and these pictures were taken just days after I brought her home (hence why there are no shots of her playing). And, as you can see, she was still in her initial quarantine in the bathroom. She has since filled out and her fur has gotten thicker and more lustrous.
So, those are my girls. The house and my bedroom should be done by this weekend and I am getting stronger every day (since my appendectomy) so I'm hoping to have some updated pictures in the next little while. And, I promise they'll be of better quality since the house will look nicer and I will be using my new digital camera.
