Hey everybody, I'm new to the forums so I just wanted to introduce myself and Oliver. I'm a senior at Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas and I'll be graduating in December. My family has always had cats until last spring when our 9-year-old cat was hit by a car. I really wanted to get a new kitty, but I figured I should wait until I was more settled. Oliver apparently had other plans, because I found him about a month ago hiding under my car. He seemed to be really thirsty so I went to get him a bowl of water and he just marched right in my house and he's been here ever since. The vet thinks he's about 6 months old, and they're pretty sure he didn't have a family before. He's already had tapeworms and a respiratory infection since I found him, but hopefully with a little more TLC he will be completely healthy soon. I'm not sure how to post photos, but once I figure it out I will put one up!
