OMG, did you see that episode last night? I only watched it because of seeing the commercial for it with Mandy Patinkin in it. It really placed importance of organ donation and what it can do. I lost it at the end as they were wheeling him down the hall and he is meeting all the people who will benefit from his organs. He really looked at peace with himself.
On a side note, my father has instructed us to not allow any artificial life support if it meant no chance of recovery. He doesn't want to live if it means life support or having to rely on someone to take care of him.
