Morning peeps!

Well night one without hubby went well...me and Trout has some good bonding time. I studied, I cleaned..I surfed here, it was great! One more night alone

So, just heading to work in a bit...I took tomorrow off because my best friend is coming into town and we are Christmas shopping! Hoping to finish off my SS shopping too!

Anyhoo, you all have a good one..we are going to be sunny and 6 degrees here today.

Morning,

I'm sitting at home eating a little breakfast and getting ready to head out for work. Tiny is sitting on my lap 'assisting' me. It's going to be a nice day today, incredible really, for November. High of about 72 and sunny. Starting tomorrow, it will be cooler and rainy for a while, so I'll try to take a walk around lunchtime and enjoy the weather. I'll be working today, then going to the gym afterward. I'll probably watch a little TV when I get home and try to get to bed at a decent hour.

Not feeling too great this morning, bu I'm hoping it's just because I'm not really awake yet. I'm thinking I need to take a few days off of work - a weekend just isn't enough time for me to decompress any more...which is usually the case at this time of year and why I look forward to my 3 weeks of vacation in December.

Typical November day, chilly and a bit grey, but the cats are being insane and running all over this morning, so I'm kind of wondering what's with that.

Anyway, off to work. Hopefully my caffiene will kick in soon.

Morning All!!!

Beautiful day here today, sunny and cool. Looks like a nice day to try and get out for a walk later.

Woke up with a very sore wrist this morning. It has been bothering me some for a couple of days and it is most definitely at it's worse this morning. Hopefully this is the peak point and now it will start to improve.

Not much planned for today, my sister is stopping by a little later for lunch, well she is actually bringing lunch with her so that will be nice. She had a appointment with the doctor this morning to have her back checked. She took a fall a couple of weeks ago and her back is not healing like it should so she is just having it checked out.

The kitties are watching for the garbage truck. They can hear it coming up the street but can't quite see it yet. As soon as they see it they will run and hide until it goes by. Silly guys..

This is the first of my "work from home days" from now until the end of the year. I can't do anything for work because my work PC is locked up trying to retrieve 50,000 e-mails that came into my inbox over the weekend (network alarms). So until that clears, I get to chat here!

I'm going to bake some banana bread today and do some laundry.

Good morning

Today will be "fun"- I have soo much work to do after my class, I'll probably spend the day at the library.
I had the weirdest night, kept waking up and I had nightmarish dreams- I dreamed I was driving Jake to the vet and there were dead construction workers all over the streets with blood coming out from various places

Then another dream was how I was getting punched in the face- and I could feel my face getting hotter and then starting to hurt in my dream...
I woke up each time and then another episode of a nightmare came on..soo weird..

Good morning

Bright and sunny here. High of 2 today, 6 tomorrow. No complaints from me. I am quite happy with this.

I slept AMAZING. Went to bed at 7:30, read, took one of my new sleeping pills and was asleep at 9. Woke up at 7:30!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For having not slept well for the past week, this is GREAT.

The only bad thing, I hurt worse than yesterday....my back has flared, my shoulders/arms/hands are tight, sore, and highly flared from the driving. But I'm not complaining.... Psychologically I feel GREAT..... and I know tomorrow I will feel better.....

Plans for today: to conquer my friends cats. LOL. They are shy. I plan on trying to work my way into their lives

She has 4...3f 1m. Just this morning I actually saw all 4 of em. Yesterday I only saw 2. So its a step in the right direction.

ok, so it was just one stroke along her back....but its a step

hmmmm, aside from kitties, I may go for a walk later..... I want to see if they have postcards here..... I'd like to mail one to my family

Not sure if it will get there before I get home, but I'll try.

I want to get up early tomorrow and go for a walk to get some frosty pics.

But for the most part, gonna take it easy today and heal up.... just enjoy the quiet.

Yay Snakelady Im glad you got some real sleep!! I Love it when you are able to get that much sleep, that is how it was for me this weekend, both nights (mornings I guess) I didnt get home from work until 12:30am and didnt get into bed til 1am and I slept til after10am it felt amazing!! Nothing like a good sleep!!

Good Morning all!!

Well I essentially have this week of school, then almost all of next week off of school for Thanksgiving.

because most teachers are taking Furlough days on Monday and tuesday, but I know of one teach that is going to have a test on that monday

. After this break, we have a few weeks then winter break!!! I am finally seeing the light at the end of this dark scary tunnel I have been in all semester!!
I have class this morning, barn to see horses and then back to class. Its chilly about 50 degrees right now but will warm to the 60s I think.Hopefully I will get some homework done tonight

I got to spend the last two days before going to work with my animals, it was an awesome feeling, I got to take my dog Dakota on a walk, I hardly get to walk her anymore due to work/school, but she has a huge backyard, and I got to be with my kitties more than just a few minutes

Good afternoon. It's a lazy sunny day here. I started wrapping my SS stuff but couldn't continue without the right wrapping material.

I just watched Who Wants to be a Millionaire. My husband's cousin was on today, continued from Friday. It's cool to see someone you know.

Well, I have to play chauffeur to Josh today. He's getting some new tires so I took him to drop his car off and to work and have to go pick him up at 5. In the meantime I'm hoping to get some stuff done around the apartment...dishes, vacuuming, and the like.

Kitties are all doing well. Danny is noisily bathing beside me and Luke and Harvey are in an oh so masculine cuddle puddle on the couch.

It's around 55 degrees here and overcast. It poured all night last night, so it's a bit squishy out. Good nap day.....
