anorexia junk food diarrhea

my poor boy stopped eating all the healthy foods
I can only get him to eat friskies beef prime fillet and friskies indoor beef stew he is on ciproheptadine every other day
he has diarrhea and is on metronadizole not consistently working
I tried wellness and all the good food brands including fish and tuna
HELP???

can you list all the brands you have tried..?? have you had the vet run a full fecal ?

I think thats it my friends store only carries so many brands
he is getting wysong nurture dry with hills i/dry
he rarely eats it

Im waiting for trupanion to reimburse me
I fully intend to continue at vets till he is well
any food suggestions you would suggest?
I was even cooking chicken legs he stopped eating them and I tried beef liver and chicken liver
wouldnt touch them

Can you get lamb or venison?

I think hes loose stooled due to the crappy ingredients of friskies
I am going to the kitty heath food store tomorrow
and checking what I can gradually introduce into his diet since his appetite has pepped up
