Question of the Day: Thurs. Nov. 12

For me it is any time I get tired since I am retired and not need to get up early for work. I usually stay up till about 12:30 to 1am.

Since I get up at 4:30am to leave for work, we usually try to get to bed between 9 and 9:30 every nite. On weekends we "sleep in" till about 7am

Raina 8:00 William 9:30 Me 10:00 Dh 11:15 he has to watch the news. Lisa my 18 year old, I have no idea, she has to be in her room and quiet by 10. Otherwise she will keep the rest of us awake. Since she was a baby she has been a night owl.

I'm usually in bed between 9-1030pm. Typically up between 4a-530am on weekdays; weekends I sleep in until later (unless I get up early to workout). The cats usually fall asleep with me too DBF is a total night owl - for example, he got home around 10p last night from work and stayed up until 4am...then my alarm went off 5 minutes later. I think he drinks too much caffeine at night.

No bed time..I sleep whenever I get sleepy..

Usually between 10-11:30 for me. The BF usually comes to bed between 12-2AM. Unlike me, he can function on 4 hours of sleep.

Since I work until early in the morning bedtime is usually around 1am-2am for me.

But now that I have no internet access at home (laptop cord is broken) on my days off its like 11pm.

For me, usually around 10pm on the work nights, and whenever I get tired on the weekend (usually pretty late, like 3-4am).

Bedtime is anytime I fall asleep, usually between 11PM and 1AM. On weekends it might be later.

I usually go to bed at 10pm and get up at 5:30am.

My bedtime routine varies all the time, thanks to my constantly changing work schedule!

If I have an early shift, I'm in bed by 10pm and up at 5-5:30am or sometimes 6am. On a day off or if I'm working a late shift, I stay up a bit later until 11pm/12am depending if I feel tired, then I'm normally up and dressed by 8:30am

We go to bed around 10pm
