Anybody getting wet from Ida?

We're getting some of the Ida rain, not much, but enough to let us know the rains been here.

We are safe in Minnesota - about mid 50's and sunny.

Yes, it's pouring down rain (NC), flood warnings are out, supposed to be like this the rest of the week I guess.

we are! It has been raining off and on all day here. Which is what its doing right now. Just rain though no thunderstorms yet.

I was amazed that they were saying that the southeast was getting 3-5 inches of rain, and this was causing huge problems.

Of course, I was also amazed when I was in Bakersfield and they were bragging on their storm sewer improvement made it possible for them to handle as much as 1/2 inch of rain in 24 hours.

The joke in this are is that we get 12 inches of rain in June, July, and August. Usually in two storms, lasting an hour for each one.

It's been raining a lot here in Atlanta too Not as bad as last month though.
