The invisible scary thing in the corner made him do it.

My downstairs neighbor is a cool guy, but he hates when my cats get crazy - he says he can hear them galloping from one end of the house to the other.

OMG!? Really? I can't help but smile when I hear Maia pitter-pattering across the apartment, especially when I am sleeping! My neighbors on the top floor have a Boston Terrier who loves to run back and forth in the hall outside my door till they come inside. It's hysterical! I have actually opened the door a few times LOL because it's to adorable! They are cracking up as well! I would rather have the pitter patter of kitties running above me then a high heeled beotch or big dog, or cheap soe wearing deaf person any day!

Yep. The kicker? He's the one that told me about the feral kittens that needed help, so it's his own fault.

And I smile, too, when I hear them running around. I just love it.

I'm quite grateful the neighbor and I became friendly, because it allows me to fully enjoy my clowder's antics without worrying about noise complaints to the landlord (which I heard about almost weekly when I first moved in).

I totally hear you with the kitty running across the bed at AM hours, or should I say feel you
! Most kitties realize that the best results are accomplished by physical contact in the cutest way possible
........In other words they know what to do to accomplish their goal, breakfast without conflict
!
I have to say I have never been irritated or disturbed by a neighbors pet, but I definitely have had some serious aggravation with some neighbors who are simply rude and thank god don't have pets!

The sideways thing is the funniest thing.

I have a king sized bed and Sasha thinks that is her throne/play area. The other day she had one of her toys held in her front paws and she leaped it the air, twisted around like she was trying to turn her self inside out and then landed on the bed with back arched. It was hilarious to see.
