Are you a morning person or a night owl?

Definitely a morning person. I'm normally waking up as the sun comes up and I get most of my errands done first thing in the morning.

As the sun goes down, so am I. I move slower
and I swear my bed begins to chant my name.

Oh, yeah. Morning person here. I have more energy, I can get much more done. I wind down really quickly at night.

This is why I'm a morning runner and not an afternoon runner.
If I don't go running in the morning, I probably won't go at all.

I'm a night owl, though not quite as much as in my younger days. I like to get up early and get stuff done, but I'm not big on going to bed early. When I was young, the solution was easy - stay up until 3, then get up at 6.
Now, even with 6 hours sleep I don't want to get out of bed, so I have to get to bed by 10 to get up at 6. What normally seems to happen is that 10 drifts to 11 or 12 and I end up waking up around 7 or 8.

I would have to say I am a night person. My mom use to say I was the last one you could get into bad at night, and the last one you could get out of bed in the morning.

I'm slowly becoming a morning person actually. I used to wake up no more than an hour before I had to leave the house, but now I find myself waking up 2 or 3 hours before just so I can have some "me" time. Whether that's watching TV and drinking coffee or running an errand or two. It helps with daylight savings time though.

Definitely not a morning person here. I hate waking up before 10am and only do if I have to go somewhere or if I work at 10am. I don't stay up late though. I am usually in bed by 11 and read until 12.

Im a bit of both, I can sometimes get up early and get my day started, but I can also stay up later for homework or a good movie, plus working til wee hours of the morning.

Night person. No question about it. I generally resent the fact that my morning has to start before 10am.

In my teens, I was definitely a night person. In my 20s and 30s, I was a morning person, but did very late nights, so kinda both (didn't need much sleep then
). Now I am not a morning person. Wouldn't call myself a night owl though. Just tired most of the time.

I think my circadian rhythm doesn't really influence me as much as it does some people- in other words my body is indifferent to light vs. dark when it comes to how sleepy I am ...I could be a night owl or a morning person if I set my sleeping schedule accordingly. Usually though, I'm a night owl because I don't like to go to sleep until I am so tired that I have to pass out. So, I stay up as long as I can and then I take naps in the afternoon to make up for the loss of sleep.

Morning person for sure. I get angry and overtired around 11pm. My hubby says its like clockwork.

For instance last night we went to the hockey game, had a great time. On the way home, I started complaining about how late it is and getting angry that I have to get up for work in the morning
DH says "really? you're getting upset after a great night out?"

I am a grumpus after 10pm

I'm a total night owl as evidenced by the fact that the last 2 nights I have stayed up til 5 a.m. Unfortunately I have a first shift job
most people know not to speak to me until I've had at least 2 cups of coffee

Very much a morning person, I get up early for work and enjoy it. I sleep in a little on the weekends.

It's almost 7am Saturday here, I've done 2 loads of washing and been to the shops

I'm a night owl. Since I am retired I get up whenever I feel like it which means between 10 and 11am, sometimes later. I am up till sometimes 1am or for sure after midnight. The days go by faster and I like that, I love the night and always have.
