Hi! Here's today's Question Of The Day....it's another Christmas oriented question...

Do you wrap gifts as you get them, or all at once?

I usually keep each person's gifts in a box, until I need to mail them or deliver them, then I usually wrap all the gifts at once. If I wrap stuff early, I'll either forget who it's for (yeah, tags would be a good idea!) or forget what it is!

I use gift bags, that way there are no boxes to break up and throw away, just tissue paper. I try to use the same bags every year!

I reuse gift boxes - so does everyone else I know. We'll often reuse the tissue paper if it isn't crinkled and ripped too much.

The only problem with reusing gift bags is that you don't want to give them back to the same person that gave them to you - if you know they'll remember them.

I like to wrap all at once. Put on some Christmas music, have a nice cup of hot cocoa and snacks to get into the spirit of Christmas and wrap, wrap, and more wrap.

I do the marathon wrap thing preceded by the marathon bow making. Everything except awkward shapes that I cannot find boxes for is hand wrapped, carefully taped, and done up in ribbons and handcrafted bows. Colour scheme is also carefully chosen the year before so I can get stuff at the sales, but that is going to have to be reworked this year since someone thought the wrapping paper I selected for this year would look better shredded *SIGH*

I generally do it all at once, but occasionally I will do them as I get them so I can put them under the tree
Although this year im not too sure if I can afford many presents. So I might just make some things.

That's pretty much the same here.

I love doing this. I drag everything up to the spare bedroom, lay it out and start wrapping.

My Dad and I used to do this all of the time when I was a kid and I've just kept it up. DH teases me because everything is wrapped in an even assortmetn of colours with mathing bows and labels. what can I say, I love wrapping presents.
