How do I get pics on the right side of my name?

I did the cat page, but every time I try to upload a picture I get an error message. Am I doing something wrong?

There is a site-issue, last I heard tech support was still working on it - you're definitely not the only one!

This issue is becomming so strange... I've seen a few new members who have been able to post perfectly fine images of their cats next to their name...yet we are still plagued by this?

Is it something perhaps to do with our individual computers or photo settings?

Probably not. It's a technical issue with that particular add-on, and our techie types are working on it. It is proving to be a tough nut to crack, and the person who wrote the add-on is no longer on the scene, so that complicates the troubleshooting. Please be patient. They are doing their best.

I thought the people who could do this were the ones who had photos before the glitch started? I'm not sure if those people are able to update/change their pictures.

It doesn't seem to matter whether people are older or newer members. Some people have always been able to upload pictures, others haven't, and some can only upload one or two. The plug-in is defective.

I can't update or change the one picture that works for my pages, so it wouldn't surprise me if others were affected the same way.

It looks like it still isn't working right.
I just updated new photos for my two cats Milly and Izzy and it just shows black shadow cats on the small pictures by my username but if I click on them they do show the new photos on their cat pages. I didn't change the picture for my RB cat Samantha so her smaller photo still shows up next to my username.
Is someone still working on trying to fix this problem?

Sigh. The pains of working with programmers I'm afraid I was pretty much ditched by the last one. The kid went to college and got lost somewhere. No word, for months and months. I tried hiring someone else, but he gave up too by the looks of it.

Vbulletin is turning out to be super complicated. Do keep nagging me about it, please. It takes me a while to let a new person into the system, and the pressure is helping I guess it's time to find someone else. It's not so much about the cost anymore (going to be in the $xxx range, hopefully not the higher end), but I just want it done and over with.
