Vaccine-Associated Sarcoma In Cats

I found a bump on the right leg of my cat Pedro and i took him to the vet and she said it could be a Vaccine-Associated sarcoma and it should be removed. She also mentioned that it might be possible for the rabbies vaccine company to reinburse me for the costs of the procedure. Do anyone have experience with this? Any information would be helpfull

Thanks!
