Kitty Gym

I wasn't sure where to put this so if it needs moved I understand.

I was thinking of getting this kitty gym for Sasha. Do you think it would be a good one? Do you think there is enough room for two kitties to play on it if I get the shelter kitty I am looking at?

Don't know the brand, however I do have the exact the same model done by Armarkat, a known and respect brand, also more affordable -

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...SIN=B000H6AZ0W

My three cats, included my 18lbs Bugsy ply in it constantly, no problem... it is used and abused, and it takes it - my kitties LOVE it!

Oh thanks for the link! And for the review of it. The only thing that might make a difference is that the one I found has free shipping. Was the shipping on the one you bought pretty high?

If you look at both, the one you bought for cost $185.95, the one Carolina bought cost with shipping $166.90, so she saved $19.05. If I had the funds and the room, I would buy one for my 2 girls! They broke the one I have now, and I had to canabalize one we found to fix their big one

it is not free shipping, but even with the shipping, it is cheaper than yours...

was it as easy to put together as the Amazon reviews said? Maybe if Santa is good to Meowmy this year, babies will get a new tree.

Pretty easy... I am a single woman, and it took me maybe... 45 minutes to do it alone (this being from opening the package to tightening the last screw - and I am a teeedddiiooouuusss person when it comes to instructions, so for a regular person it might be faster
all pieces are very well packed, labeled and organized, and the instructions are visually easy to understand too... simple simple...

I haven't bought it yet. However, I did find it on Amazon for 115.00. That is a lot lower than the first one I found. I am thinking I will order the 115.00 one. But first I have a couple of kitties at the humane society that are waiting for a home and have been for some time. Since I can't get the gym and the new kitties at the same time, the gym will wait.

My husband is going to check into cost of supplies. If he can get them at a reasonable price, he said he will build it for me.

This from a man who claims that he doesn't like cats. Of course he is the reason Sasha thinks she has to have her food fluffed before she can eat it. Because he would scoop her up and carry her to her food dish and then fluff the food. Now she thinks if the foos is level in the dish, then she can't eat it. He also installed a cat door in case she wants to be an inside outside kitty. And sleeps with her curled in the crook of his arm. When we took in starys and ferals, he was the one who dragged most of the half wild little street waifs home. But he doesn't like cats

That is so funny. I am new here and I love reading your info. This made me laugh because my husband says he can't stand the cat and the cat LOVES him. He's always running from the cat and the cat always finds him and rubs him and purrs louder than any other time of the day. He doesn't fluff the food but he does call him to the dinner bowl, complete with baby talk and down on the floor on his knees.

LOL. Those "cat hating" husbands are the funniest.Swear up and down they don't like cats and then dote on them.

*choke*

He "fluffs" her food? That is freakin' hysterical. You've GOT to video this (unknown to him of course). How did that even start? Oh, my.

Oh, yeah - that Armakat "gym" looks awesome. I have two, and I want this one... er, I mean, the cats want this one. If the price drops on Black Friday....

It started because at first she was nervous and he would move the food around in her dish to get her attention so she would settle and eat. Then she started wanting him to "fluff" the food and so now he does it all the time.
