I'm sooo pleased that Congress has clamped down on those nasty credit card lenders. 
Now, (if I carry a balance) I am privileged to pay yet a higher interest rate.
It just seems like every time Congress steps in the "help" me, I get hit with more of a problem than I may have had before.
Please, Congress, just stop trying to help me! I can't afford your help.
