This was too cute not to share. Rikki's Refuge <http://www.rikkisrefuge.org/about_us/about_us.html> is a no-kill animal sanctuary that was kind enough to share this wonderful example of using human furniture for animal comforts. We wonder if the four felines up top pay more rent for their penthouse view.

Aw, that is sweet and sad at the same time. I like the shelving better than cages, though. And, yes, I wonder if the cats in the penthouse suites have to pay more.

What a neat picture! But I agree, it is bittersweet. At least they are safe and warm and taken care of.
