I hope this is in the right place.

What kind of toys do your kitties have? Which one is his/her favorite?

Kiki's favorite is a pink foam ball that I can't seem to find at the moment. I've been looking into the peek a boo box thing. It's a wooden box with holes and these toys inside of it. However, I'm not sure it's worth the money.

Kiki has a couple of stuffed animals and a lot of different balls that I rotate to keep it interesting.

Trapped in the catroom! ;o)
I have to keep stocking up on Auntie Em toys because those are the only things Hercules will play with at the moment but GiGi will play with anything jingly balls and yesterday I got her this doorknob hanging toy. Its elastic so it bounces up and down when she plays with it and has tons of feathers on the bottom of it. She loves it! Hercules and GiGi also LOVE to terrorize each other on the cat condo, one will lay on the very top of it and the other will try and get the other from the holes out the sides of it. I woke up this morning to the condo completely knocked over with all the Auntie Em toys in the middle of it..Hmmm wonder who was playing!! lol

Mylar balls, milk jug rings, plastic lids off of things, some mouse type toys, and a weird toy that is a ball of fur with octopus type legs on it. The rest of their toys are various ones I've made and those tend to get played with the most since that's what my female cat prefers.

I have an odd blue fleece worm like toy that's around 2 foot long that I made. I made it in a spiral but once stuffed it straightened out with only some slight curves. All of the cats love it.

All three love to have a string pulled for them to go after, even though they are all senior cats. They only get to play with string under supervision, it is not a good thing to be left alone with.

As far as store bought goes, all three love those little catnip pillows, like these in a link chosen at random;

They like these even when the catnip is well past it's "expiry date", everyone takes a run at these several times a day, without any outside encouragement.

Right now mine like a couple of empty shoe boxes I have in the living room (for them!), and some packing paper I crumpled up for them. My boy likes some of the Kong stuffed toys, but the packing paper wins right now!

Sho loves feathers, but there's one type of feather he favors above all others. He'll even attack me if I pick it up. And that's Blanca's large feathers that come off when it's molting season. Blanca happens to be my pet pigeon. ^^

Sweetie loves playing with mouse toys, he also enjoys playing with one of those wand toys that has about 10 short pieces of string attached to the end of it.

Squeak is the only one who plays. She loves everything mouse shaped! And she really loves the mouse on the end of the fishing pole. She just loves catfishing!

The cheaper the better for my girls.
For the most part anyway.

Mooch prefers little mice (I have to remove the tails or she will eat them though) and milk rings. They both like these fuzzy things I found in one of the bins at Petsmart. It's just about 6" long and fuzzy/furry. I've had to replace several of them. Noodles likes Mylar balls and any wand type toys. She gets into the milk rings but mostly on her own time. Mooch likes to play fetch with them or the mice. They both love the catnip bananas. Noodles will play with the laser pointer, Mooch runs from it most of the time anymore. Noodles also loves da bird and the cat dancer. I think Mooch would get more into them (and the laser pointer) if Noodles didn't turn into Kamikaze Kitty whenever I bring them out.

Houdini loves this vibrating stuffed snake thing-he gets a hold of it and he will roll around with it for hours....he also is CRAZY about this pop up kitty cube thing with holes on 3 sides and feathers that hang down from the inside ceiling. He will jump in and out of it all day long and he has figured out how to tip it over while he's in it and will literally roll around the house in it like a hamster! I usually throw some jingle balls inside the cube so when he rolls it over the balls crash around. Its so funny to watch!

Ginger's curent favorite toy is one I made. It's just a dowl rod with 4 strands of cloth ribbon (never ever use paper ribbon if making toys, it can cut you and the kitty, and it sheds tiny fibers, not good) about 3 feet long attached to it. I "fly fish" with her. I have the ribbon tied to the end of the stick fairly loose, so she "wins" sometimes and gets to run off with the ribbons, with me chasing her. Then it is tug of war time!
It is a hoot for both of us!

I've heard of a laser pointer and I own Da Bird, but what's Cat Dancer?

Penny & Daisy just a week ago got scared because they snagged a claw on Da Bird (separately) so now I need to wait a month before bringing it out again! (well thats what I think!) (I guess the rule is to keep it out of reach, like a teaser?
)

Well I wasted money on this It's called "Undercover Mouse" by the company PanicMouse. It's a good toy - however I made the mistake of rushing it. What I should have done was let it sit on the floor for about 1-2 weeks unmoving before turning it on instead of turning it on right away. Now I'll haveto give it away

Anyone tried this? Luckily I got it on eBay at a discount

My cats are mainly fans of non-toy toys. I really don't know why I even buy cat toys anymore since they like the packaging or any piece of trash better,
.

Harvey loves milk rings. He has a blue one that for some reason is his absolute favorite. He's also a fan of ponytail holders. However, he will occasionally bat around the mylar krinkley balls.

Luke isn't much of a toy fan. His favorite toys are his brothers,
.

Danny loves Q-Tips and paper of any kind. He does however love to fetch mice.

All of them do go absolutely nuts for a laser light though.
