My 3 year old female cat has an "issue"..when I petted her stomach (she loves to be petted) some white goo came out of her back side. I was horrified! Is this something any of you have heard of? She has a vet appt on Friday for vaccinations, so I will bring it up with her vet, but wanted to be prepared for the diagnosis..I've never heard of something like this!

Did it have a very strong odor? My first thought is Anal Glands, but that is usually not white. One of my cats will do that if I give him "Spankings" (not acually hit, but rather tap his hind leg).

Sounds like her anal glands. Not a big issue. White sounds unusual though. Ask your vet to check her anal glands and make sure there aren't any issues.

I agree with the two posts above but again, white is an issue. Anal glands usually have a poop colour

Urogenital tract infections, such as a urinary tract infection or an infected uterus (pyometra), may result in an opaque purulent discharge from the vulva.
Vaginitis (inflammation of the vagina) may give rise to watery or mucousy discharge
Is she spayed?

Thank you all for your quick responses! She is spayed, yes. No odor was noticeable. Perhaps it is an infection of the anal glands? I am glad I have her appt with the vet on Friday!
