Its going to be sunny here today

This two weeks starting today we are having a United Way campaign at work, so we are going to have tons of fun things going on to raise money. We get to wear jeans for two weeks!!

Yay!

That is my excitement for the week

It's a fresh Tuesday morning here. I've been studying on and off since 10am yesterday morning so a pretty good effort for me. I'm just going back to Standard Deviation at this stage - still can't grip the formula.

I'm going to bed within the next hour and hopefully have an early start where I've got lots to do on my last project due the 5th November. My first exam is in 6 days.

I've got work in the evening until 11pm. I hope everybody has a lovely day.

Morning everyone!

It looks like it might be sunny today, but it's a bit too early to tell. DH is working out of town this week so I'm pretty much on my own.

On the up-side, though we have a work shopping trip today for supplies so I get to take two of my best friends from work and go shopping all day.

Anyway, here's hoping this week is at least a quiet one and that it's the weekend before I know it...I'm SO not a Monday person.

Looks like I am housebound today. DH hit the brakes in his car this am when a deer ran out on his way to work. (DH's way to work, not the deer

). Blew the brake lines so he came home and took my truck. I think I will finish painting my kitchen this am and do some leaf raking this afternoon. Nice sunny am on the south shore of Lake Ontario. High about 60ish all week!!

Morning,

I'm just sitting at my desk getting ready to go to work. I stayed up until about 1 last night so I didn't drag out of bed until after 8. I'll have to park in what I call the BFE parking lot this morning, which is a looong walk to my desk. It will probably by 10 by the times I get there. It's cool right now, but it's supposed to warm up to 65 later. I'll open the windows for the kitties before I leave.

I finished my written dissertation proposal on Saturday

Now I just have to proof-read it a bit and make the Powerpoint slides for the actual presentation in 2 weeks. They say that once you've written the proposal you're half way done and I think I believe that now. I'll be working 6-7 days a week for the next 3-4 months writing, running sims, and compiling results, but at least I have a good picture of exactly what I'll be doing now.

Good Morning!

I am reallt tired!! I worked 2 night shifts this weekend and after on sat. night aka sunday morning I went to my friends Halloween costume party....well that was fun

Not only was I the only one sober, my friend was "sick" if you know what I mean, as in I couldnt get her to back away from the toilet and lay down type thing. Pretty much I spent my whole time at the party staying with her to make sure she was ok and took her home, since she really wanted her own bed. Im just glad I was there for her!

Anywho I have class in a bit, really wanted to ditch it and sleep but I know I need to go! I have the horses to see afterwards and class again. And got some more studying to do tonight!

Afternoon All!!

Cloudy and looks like we are in for more rain here....Oh joy...

Not up to much today, spent most of the morning on the phone trying to solve a couple of issues....wasn't all that successful however..

Oh well we can't always get what we want.

Am just finishing up and load of laundry and once I throw it in the dryer am thinking about a nap.

The kitties have the right idea they are all snoring in various locations around the house.

I did some cleaning today so I wasn't around to post earlier. It was nice and sunny here today. DS and I went outside for a bit and talked with our neighbor.
Waiting for an important call tonight...probably will happen tomorrow though.

Kinda breezy out, but warm enough that I managed to flatten some of the ruts in the yard, but some are just too wet - put the bucket down, put pressure on it and water squishes out and that doesnt spread very well. Also cleaned out the water tank for winterm now waiting for the hay man to show up.

Hello All,

Been drizzling/raining again all day. But the weather prediction for the next three days is sunny with temps a couple of days to reach 60F!! Gotta to finish up at a couple clients homes for the season. Plus I am scheduled to work on friday-nice $$ but was unexpected-supposed to rain anyhow.

Did a spot of grocery shopping and stop at Barnes and Noble and the bank too.

Not much on the plate tonite-TV and some knitting!
