Wow we are in the middle of one nasty storm here right now, mixture of rain, hail and high winds are really making a mess of things. I have already heard the ambulance and police go out a couple of times. Both the ambulance bay and police stations aren't far from where I live.
It is one of those nights when the best thing you can do is curl up under a blanket with the kitties, watch a movie or read a book, drink hot chocolate(or whatever you prefer to drink) and be happy to be inside...

Same here! It's pouring rain, super windy, and cold!
I plan to plant myself in my chair with a big hot plate of taco casserole and the tv remote and I'm not gonna budge for the rest of the night! (until I have to start the dryer
)

It's really bad up there? We've had a pretty bad fall with all the rain. I really wanted a little more sun and warm days/cool nights but I guess that didn't happen.

It's calm right now in Toronto but the winds were high earlier.

Keep the kitties close!

Bleuch! Keep it up north OK? It's been yucky enough here already thanks, and all we have to look forward to is winter.

On the south shore of Lake Ontario it is pretty calm. It was drizzily most of the day and a bit windy, but mild. Didn't even put a fire in today. I know what you mean about hunkering down with a cat or two and a warm blanket. I look forward to those times. When we look back on these days in years to come, we will truly know that these really are the good old days.
