You know what they say about aged cookies....it is like a fine wine. It tastes better with age!

I stayed up late to bake cookies so I could get my SS package all set to be mailed out the next day. I was very tired when I wrote that message, but I guarantee that the cookies are fresh.

They were very very good! We still have some left, but I can guarantee they will be gone by tonight. Most likely along with the Tim Tams. I have no willpower against sweets!

In spite of my efforts to wait till Christmas to open the SS gifts, the "children" decided that they couldn't wait, and got into mischief last night (imagine THAT!

That's my little Dolly, in her new 'dollhouse' (aka Jinxy: I call her Dolly because she's an itty bitty little thing - even though she's over a year & 1/2 old). I thought that the 'dollhouse' was a cheesehead hat: it's actually one of those kitty 'houses' -- or at least that's what Randall (my s/o) thinks. I think he's right (for once

). It's so adorable!!

I've never seen anything like it. I thought I had just about every Packers' item that there is, but I guess I was wrong. Thanks so much, SS!

I love it, and so do the kids!

I was informed by my SS to open the next gift right away, so I did -- just in case it was something edible that had to be eaten before it went bad (but the rest of the gifts are still under the tree, and are gonna remain there till Christmas

It's a kitty key chain. Isn't it adorable?!

I just got a new kitty keychain not too long ago from a friend of mine, but that's okay. I collect keychains, so it's not like it won't be used. I'm gonna place right along with the other one that's connected to my keys.

My kids can actually say that they have something that no other kitty in the world has.

I still don't have the energy to post pictures but I will let you know what we got!!

I got a wonderful Willow Tree angel holding a kitty--which I'm trying to remember if I said I collected them or not, otherwise that is quite a coincidence. I also got a mixture bag of lindt truffles--my fav, and hubby gets the dark chocolate as I prefer milk and white chocolate--he's thrilled. I also got two awesome word search books--I really love the one that is spiral bound! I got a little christmas ornament that is a snow globe with my name on it. I got some cute dangly earrings.

The kitties got a big stocking full of jingle balls and cat nip mice and other catnip toys also a feather toy. And my heart kitty Ginger who is outside go a reflective flashing collar, to keep her safe at night!

The truffles are a double whammy because Jack's favorite toy is a truffle wrapper--he loves to play fetch with them and kick them around the house.

All three of them have played with the mice out of the stocking--I'm going to keep the other toys back for now (I know mean meowmy) as we'll be gone for Christmas and I want them to have some new toys for then and I always like to have stuff to pull out for Jack who gets easily bored.


Oh yeah, my SS was vampcow--thanks so much!!!!
