The new addition to our family!

I just thought I would share my big news with you all, even though I haven't been a real active poster for the past few months. On September 21st, we were blessed with the arrival of our first baby boy - Landon He was born weighing 8lbs 7oz, 21 inches long with a head full of jet black hair. When my Grandpa saw him for the first time, he called him Baby Elvis

He's an amazing little man, a great sleeper and eater He had a pretty severe case of jaundice right after birth and lost almost 2lbs, but he is now up to 9lbs and 22 inches long & 3 weeks/3 days old - he's growing like a weed! He's 100% healthy now & I'm very happy

I totally forgot to tell you how much I love his camo pants! Of course the first thing I noticed was the hair but the camo pants deserve an honorable mention.

My dad, brothers & fiance are all big hunters - so needless to say, between the 4 of them - Landon has PLENTY of camo clothes, but these little preemie pants are my favorite

All that heartburn almost seems worth it when they are born with a full-head of gorigous hair eh? I would know...

I wouldn't know about the heartburn... I didn't have any at all, thats apparently an old wives tale
