Oh, Cat, I hope your dad went peacefully... but I know even that would be little comfort... he's still gone. I'm so sorry.

But I'm putting all my psychic energy into healing thoughts for Linda -- I hope her surgery is going perfectly, and it will solve the problem completely, and she'll be well and healthy for many years to come.

Thank you so much, everyone, for the kind and positive words, thoughts, and prayers! She has another surgery in two weeks (graft on to her foot) but the rest should be recovery then and things only getting better!

I'm playing travel tag with my husband - who need to be where what week; I'm so exhausted I'm really starting to dislike airports... I'll check in again in two weeks with an update, you guys all stay well!
