You could certainly do that. This is a particular sauce recipe that Mum used to use when she baked spaghetti. It has a good whack of cheddar cheese in the sauce and some sprinkled on top. But basically it is just spaghetti and sauce in a casserole, baked.

And I think I'd put a BUNCH of parmesan cheese on top too!

My mother always ruined baked spaghetti somehow. Maybe it was because she always used premade sauces or something.
I just know I never liked it.

I made homemade chicken quesadillas for tonight.

I'm taking Kieran out for birthday tonight since I was working on his real birthday yesterday.

We're going to Nandos and it's almost 3pm and I still haven't had lunch!

Happy birthday Kieran! i hope dinner was good!

Tonight we had a very yummy slow cooked beef casserole. I timed the bread machine too, and so we came home to freshly baked bread at the same time.

I am making corn beef and cabbage tonight. It was one of my favorites as a kid and I haven't had it in ages...

On behalf of him - thank you! It's not every day you turn 20, right.
Unfortunately it was a cheap dinner because I spent $250 on vet care this week.
Dinner was very good though and he was off early today because he's going to the Pearl Jam concert!!

I'll be having dinner at work tonight - probably just beef & avocado. I haven't got much of an appetite today.

My boyfriend is having some of the guys over to watch football so instead of making actual dinner I'm making them pizza dip!
square baking dish- bottom cream cheese, then pizza sauce, then cut up pepperoni, then mozz cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 min and dip tostitos in it
Yum can't wait to get out of work!

Details are still sketchy, but it will likely be seafood or fish of some kind. It's a while since I have done something from the sea for Friday dinner. Precisely what -- and therefore what goes with it -- will depend on what looks lovely in the market. Scallops would be my first choice, I think. We'll see.

However, while I'm there, I'll probably cop out and get a Tiramisu for dessert.
It's so good, I have absolutely no incentive to make my own.
