We had beef stew which I made yesterday and a huge spinach salad with a new dressing I put together. Very tasty.

Just rice risotto with chicken (the rice risotto is out of a box). We are moving and are trying to use less stuff at the moment. Only two days to go!

Jack took me to Mcalister's tonight after I got out of class. We both got their "choose any two" deal. I got a cup of broccli cheese soup and a half turkey sandwich. It was good!
He got their chicken tortilla soup and a half club sandwich!

We had leftovers tonight. Leftovers of the chicken casserole I made yesterday, with lots of tasty crispy cheese topping. Mmmm, cheese.

Homemade pizza with organic tomato sauce, crushed garlic, a bit of olive oil, smoked gouda and fresh oyster mushrooms and olives. It was so good

Was poking around in my freezer this morning and came across a couple of packages of stewing beef so have decided to make Beef stroganoff for dinner tonight. Haven't made it in a long while so will need to get my cookbook out for this one. I am going to have it with egg noodles. For dessert yogurt and dried cherries again( I'm addicted to that particular combo)

Stroganoff is one of our favourite things. Yum.

We've had a fair bit of red meat and heavy meals lately. Time to lighten up. I think I'm going to do a prawn and veggie stirfry of some sort. Jasmine Rice to accompany. And Blueberry Crisp from last night.

I had breakfast for supper- scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage links and toast.

My parents left for North Dakota yesterday to visit my brother so later tonight I'm going to cook up some pasta and tomato sauce with meatballs, Italian sausage and mushrooms to last the rest of the week.

Oh you could make that for me anytime!

Tonight was fish and chips as I didn't have time to cook the beef casserole I was planning. I'm sick of never having time to cook dinner.

Poached eggs on toast for me tonight, with a little cheddar cheese sprinkled on top. For dessert some peach yogurt.

You know...I've been a quivering mass of indecision on the subject of dinner ALL DAY, but I think I just had a brainwave. Baked Spaghetti. A lovely comfort food for tonight
, with good, easy leftovers for a quick meal tomorrow night. Yes, indeed.
And we have one more go of Blueberry Crisp for dessert.

So if I had some leftover spaghetti and sauce, could I just put it in a casserole dish and bake it? Is that kind of it?
