Either way, it will be a low fuss meal, since we had a somewhat late night last night, and I'm dragging my butt at this point. I may do a pecan pie for dessert -- or I may not.
We can always have Gelato Spazzacamino.
The "spazz" won. Partly because the schnitzel won. The Boy practically turned inside out at that suggestion. Buttered noodles and garlic carrots. I occasionally do spaetzle with schnitzel, but it's not second nature yet, so I don't do it when the energy level is low -- as was the case tonight.

I am doing home-style fish and chips tonight. I am bakiing talipia with with a nice cruchy coating and doing oven roasted seasoned potato's. For dessert I have mango frozen yogurt.

There's a good whack of noodles left from last night, so I'll find some stuff to mix in with them to make a casserole. Probably some sausage meat, onions, mushrooms, peppers and some cheese to finish off -- not unlike the one we like with ham.

How did the Mac & Cheese turn out?

Dinner for me tonight was homemade lasagne (Kieran's Dad) and a huge helping of salad. Fresh strawberries and french vanilla ice-cream for dessert.

Uggh! Just cleaned out the fridge of all the moldy jars and uneaten old stuff in there.
Decided the cats could get up the lumpfish roe we didn't like rather than throw it out. They seemed impressed.
Tonight, tonight...I don't know. We have salad that desperately needs eating. If I can be bothered I will bake some bread, or maybe mosey to the supermarket and buy something. I'm in a lazy mood.

Chinese takeaway tonight, we had party last night and I have been cleaning up all day, I really feel too worn out to cook-but that might have something to do with my alcohol consuption last night

It was ok for a first try, but did come out a bit bland. I think I need to increase the cheese and play around with the spices, etc. Good enough to try again soon though

Tonight will probably be hamburgers or something easy.

Tip: Lots of cheese, and even if you don't normally like strongly flavoured cheeses, use old cheddar. Also, dry mustard and cayenne will perk up the cheese flavour.

Tonight is hodge podge night. Grocery shopping tomorrow and then the day after, trying the delicious sounding recipe of cheese and pine nut stuffed chicken that was given to me. I can't wait to try it.
