Vibes needed

for my cat Bubble. She has been vomiting all day, since this am with a couple of hours in between episodes. She is almost 7 months old. She will play with a string, but seems somewhat lethargic. There are no plants, cleaners etc in their area so she didn't get into anything. Being a short hair, I don't think it could be a fur ball as I do not see her overly grooming. I feed her and her mom and brother Natural Balance dry with a little 9 lives wet in the am. I am thinking the 9 lives is not agreeing with her. I am taking her in to the vet at 3:30. Keep her in your thoughts. thanks. Farleyv

Well, Bubble and I got home a little bit ago. They are doing blood work. He could not feel any masses in the abdomen except for a bit of hard stool toward the tail in her colon. So, he gave an anti inflam and antibiotic shot and sent me home with some. They may have blood work back tomorrow. I will have to call. Her demeanor has improved and she was last seen washing which is always a good sign. Thanks for the vibes. I'll do the same for you guys sometime!

that it's nothing but an upset stomach and the bloodwork is in order.

Continued for Bubble. I hope she continues to improve and that there is nothing wrong on the bloodwork.

She is being a little imp today. But now they are sleeping mom, baby and brother. Thanks for the vibes and thoughts. The vet didn't call with any bad news today, so I'll call Monday. She has not thrown up today and didn't yesterday after the visit either. I have medicated her and she willingly took it and didn't vomit. This is the first time she has been medicated. I am making it as pleasant as possible to avoid med nightmares in the future!

Sounds like Bubble is doing much better today to me. Especially since she's taking an antibiotic and not getting sick. From my own experience...sometimes an antibiotic can make a cat have an upset stomach, so since she already had one and is now taking antibiotics on top of that, my vibes tell me she might just be on the road to feeling much better.

Here are some more vibes for you and Bubble...

Let us know how the bloodwork turned out.
