Cocoa Puff has a little sister - #10!!! and Casper is 1 today!

The little stray that showed up at the house in the last few weeks and we finally earned his trust enough to get him in the house last week and get him a bath...named Cocoa Puff, well, it seems he has a little sister who ran in my garage last night when I got home. We had to take Cocoa out to the garage to convince her to come out from under a tool box. She was thin and covered in grease (probably sleeping under cars..it's cold). She is black with some rust colored undertones. That makes, count them, 10 cats in my house, but 4 of them are kittens and boy are they intertaining! It's so relaxing to get home from work and watch them play. Hubby is just as bad as me even though he won't admit it!!!! He is so good with them.

And today is my birthday kitties first birthday! Casper is a whole year old! He is a sweet white kitty! My darling hubby came to the doctor's office before I got here this morning and put sticky notes with loving messages all over my work area! Then he brought in a cake and candles for the office. He's a good guy and he likes my cats....hmmmm...think I'll keep him! All my kids are grown and in Florida so my cats are my surrogate children. My twin daughters will be 27 Christmas Day and my son is 20 and is a chef at Disney World. They come up and visit in the summer, but aren't so keen on the Alaska Winters!

I'm glad you managed to get Cocoa Puff and his lil sis inside! I'd hate to thin of what would happen to them otherwise! That said, I've had 12 cats in my house before, and 7 of them being kittens, I know exactly what you mean about being entertained! It just warms you up inside and out.
