Crazy cat!

Loving this cat story from my local newspaper:

I've never heard of a cat behaving like this before - has anyone else?

(I think the comment about the postman being 'menaced' is hysterical, by the way... )

Um. Wow.

The only time I have seen a cat do this and it WASN'T play, was when people would get too close to a mother cat's nest. I guess this is one of those things I'd just have to see to believe.

Totally agree - would question the credibility of the whole thing, were it not for the quotes from Royal Mail.

No mention of injuries, though - I reckon it's just the postman being a wimp or misinterpreting the actions of a playful cat, surely?

Maybe kitty does not like the way the postman smells. Is it the same person each time?

One its funny to me that someone is scared enough to stop delivering their mail..And two in that picture of the kitty you can just see the look in his eyes saying "Aww come on now I wasnt gonna hurt you I just wanted to play..And they say Im a scaredy cat"

Personally I think the mail man is just a sissy and needs to grow a pair!
