Da Bird is a hit!!!

Found Da Bird at Petsmart. Ten bucks.

However - worth every penny for the way my guys went CRAZY for it!

I hadn't hardly taken it out of the packaging when they were going after the feather part!

It took Prowler a nano-second to figure it out! He and his brother - Jakie - were catching some major air. Nial's bengals better watch out!

Even my sedate and rather sedentary boy Rex was really going after it.

I have to say it is not very well made! Within the first 2 minutes they had yanked out the decorative feather. Wtihin 10 minutes they had chewed through the string! It snapped and I had to tie it together. They pulled the feather lure off of the chain. Geez!! I would say a good time was had by all!

Was it the actual Da Bird, or something similar to Da Bird? There's no chain on Da Bird, so I'm wondering if it's something else. You definitely have to make sure they don't chew it. It's well enough made, but cats teeth are sharp

I'm glad they're having fun though, it's a fabulous toy!

It's worth picking up packs of feathers when they're on special because if you play with it often enough you do go through them

Oh, no. It's Da Bird - Made by Go Cat.. if you look at the feather lure this is a small chain that connects it to the string. That's where you replace the lures.

These guys like to chew - I have deconstructed cardboard boxes to prove it.

It's more like a swivel, but I understand what you mean because my cats did the same thing

I have to travel really far to get Da Bird. When we go out of town and get to civilization we always stop at a petsmart or petco. These cats have Da bird from Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota and eastern Nebraska. What we go through to get them this toy. My husband and I had a rare tiff in Rapid City South Dakota because we got lost looking for a Petsmart/Petco. Now he tells me to get directions before we go! I know I can mail order it in, but this is better
