I cannot eat in peace

I swear, everytime I take any kind of food whatsoever to the computer, Zoey runs full speed and jumps on the desk to see what it is

Zoey has gotta be rated in america as one of the most photographed cats per time owned in the US. A great cat from what I have seen. She is very lucky to have you.

Wow, I haven't had Baskin Robbins' bubblegum icecream in years. Now I will have to go get some! It's good stuff!

I know I cant help it!! I love photographing her

I do feel she is lucky to have me after being treated like crap from her previous owner and being stuck at a shelter for weeks. She's my best friend.

I get that too, but Trent usually accosts us somewhere between the kitchen and wherever we are going with the food/drink. He meows and streches up as high as he can on our legs and strains to sniff. (He's SO cute!) I usually let him sniff, and I usually get a look that says "I can't beleive you are going to eat that. That's gross!"

I thought I had the only cats in the world who had to see what I was eating!!

i know what you mean, Sicy... Isys is the greedy one around here. She gets REALLY excited over ANY human food, including ice cream... teehee!!

Seems to be only when I go to the computer though When I eat at the coffee table she could care less

my cat ALWAYS tries to steal my food, even stuff like salads and coke!! I think he is just trying to drive me crazy.. Zoey is such a cutie

Ok, so maybe her motives aren't quite so innocent! Maybe you're her hero PLUS she knows she has a better chance of getting away with it because you're too busy at the computer to notice!?!

Or it might be how you eat at the computer and how you eat at the table. If you push yourself close to the table then perhaps Zoey just doesn't feel the need to jump up and check it out because the food is distant to you, but when the food is that close to you and there is more chances of getting close instantly then the computer is a better spot.

When I had felix inside for a few days after he was neutered, everytime I brought food in my room (asleep or not) he jumped up on my desk and tried to get some. If I stood up and moved, he would meow non-stop. Then he would jump on whatever was the closest to me to try to get a look (or taste) of what I was eating. It was adorabley annoying!! *laughs*
