A friend made us dinner last night and it was soooooo good.

He had some fresh ciabatta bread and covered it with fresh garlic and olive oil and grilled - divine.

Then he cooked up a bunch of heirloom tomatoes, and added heirloom onions, lots more garlic, fancy mushrooms, spices and a few other bits and pieces, to make a tomato sauce, and boiled up some fresh pasta to go with it.

Oh man. It was so incredibly divine. The flavours were to die for.

But today DH and I have super strong garlic breath. It's reeking out of our pores!
I have a physio appointment in a couple of hours, and I feel so sorry for him

I have the same problem all the time, I LOVE garlic & onions, but my hands just STINK all the next day if I make something heavy in either.

At least it's healthy for you!

You can never have enough garlic.
Of course my dentist doesn't agree when I go there after a garlicky meal.
