How has the mom been eating? If she's not getting enough nurishments than it could be contributing to the low milk production. Maybe try vitamins for mom and baby. Hopefully your sister will be able to care for her, but if her current cat has fleas than Pink will have to be secluded from them as fleas, on an already underweight/possibly unhealthy cat, can be VERY bad and possibly even kill her. I know you want to do what's best for her while, at the same time doing what's good for your family, so just call the vet, they shouldn't charge for a phone consult and if you explain your situation they might be able to advise you what'd be best, and least costly, for you to do for her.

(what our vet suggested). Pink has actually had very few fleas on her, it's Mango that's had them badly. I moved their crate last week to a new area with NO carpet or other fabrics other then their blanket. I had hoped that would have worked but they still had fleas today.

. Apparently her roommate isn't REALLY allergic & is excited the kittens are coming
Some people!! *sigh*
) it looked perfectly normal, no worms or anything, just small.
