ASPCA - Free Pet Safety Pack

Hi there - just thinking... Do you have an emergency plan? What is something happens? Does everybody know there are pets inside to be saved? if so, how many?
This is not a fancy kit from ASPCA, but it has a window sticker with the number of pets to rescue, the phone number for poison control magnet, and some other information...
Hope it helps!

One of those things that can save a life... I saw a similar sticker being sold at a pet store, so... why not get it for free, and on the top of it get the poison control magn. and some info, right?

Yup yup, I have a few of the window clings that alerts the Fire Dept of the # of animals if the home, but I don't have the magnet. And I read any pet info, no matter how elementary it is. Elementary as in "give your cat fresh water every day," haha. Sometimes they throw things in there that I haven't heard about.

I bet more people signed up, but didn't feel the need to post.

Thanks again!

That is funny! I signed up for the Canadian SPCA one, last year they gave out free aluminum tags with your cats name & phone #, plus the window stickers. They were cheap tags that scratch easily, but I only use collars/tags for vet trips, ect. I also hang spare tags on my carriers. I am paranoid that the vet might mix up the carriers, when my cats stay overnight the vet keeps the carriers somewhere - they put masking tape with your last name on the carrier, but you never know! I don't want to go home with the wrong carrier/cat!

I took a big sharpie and wrote on my carrier how much it weighs (including the ugly blanket) and who it belongs to. I'd be too paranoid about my tag falling off. Then again, my carrier is HIDEOUS, so it certainly stands out.
