Uncle Dory has a little black girlfriend. Camille trills when he's in the room, struts around like she's hot stuff, will walk up to me all tough & let me pet her - she's a different kitty with Uncle Dory around to impress!

I have to agree with momofmany. I'd take Camille. I'm a sucker for both black kitties and the rescues that need the extra love. Keep trying. Camille will break out of this at some point.

In terms of what adopters think - I've heard it time & again - "I don't want a boring black cat" or "Are there any prettier ones?". People are superficial. I myself prefer white kitties, but not because they're "pretty"!

Camille has this lighter white undertone to her fur - I can't describe it almost like she has tabby markings? Anyways - it doesn't show in any pics - but dang it's cute.

Itty Bitty looks JUST LIKE MY CASPER! He is solid white with just a touch of grey on his head which has gotten lighter as he has gotten older. Casper is one year old today! He has the softest fur in the world. I love my Casper, he is so sweet, he will nose the covers at night until you lift them up so he can sleep under the covers curled up against me! You have a darling set of kitties there. Could have been salt and pepper??? Haha!

Happy sigh to see my baby, Camille once again. Since I love black cats the best, it boggles my mind that other people find them boring.

P.S. Itty Bitty is full of character, isn't she?
