Hi Hi!
One of my kitties has just been through the ringer with his first bout of IBD/Colitis. He had x-rays, ultrasound and then a full biopsy done. He will be on prednisone for six months. The Vet suggested Z/D for his new diet. He is one of a total of 10 kitty kids so we are looking at changing everyones diet. I've never been a huge fan of Science Diet but if that truly is what he needs to be on then I'm not going to argue it.
However, are there alternatives on a more natural side for kitties? I've done a bit of research and found the Natural Balance has a Green Pea and Duck formula that is hypo allergenic and "all natural".
Has anyone had experience with this food good or bad??
AND...am I the only one who gets the theme song to "Eight is Enough" stuck in my head everytime I look at their website??
