What are some high quality brands of wet/dry food sold at Petsmart for kittens?

I recently went out and bought my kitten Authority dry food and the Petsmart I went to only had one choice of wet food from Authority so I had to get another brand. Is it bad to mix brands?

I want to start getting him used to eating dry food because he likes to knibble throughout the night and I want it to be available to him while I'm at school. I just dont want to buy him something cheap thats going to be bad for him!

If mixing dry foods start slow... ie 3/4 cup of old and 1/4 cup new for a few says then 1/2 cup old 1/2 new

wet food usually can be changed all the time without issue

All carry wet food of different sorts and dry foods of different sorts. The wilderness formula will probably not be quite right for a kitten, but for an adult its great. My cat eat that one mixed with the longevity (kinda made for indoor cats)

Authority is good... but those three are better...

With my kitten, I use dry Nutro Indoor Kitten Formula. It's not that cheap, but not too expensive either. They're having a sort of special right now where a coupon is included with the bag of food.

Also, I mix in 1/8th can of Wellness wet Kitten food in the dry. They're about $0.99 USD for a can.
