My girl just finished Clavamox and during the time she was on it, I noticed she didn't want to eat much and wasn't eating like normal AT ALL! She never passes up her wet food, which is all she eats [although I leave out about 1/4c of dry [nutro max and wellness CORE mix] but she wasn't wanting to touch it, and if she did it was just a few bites. Once it sits for a while its bad and she definitely wont touch it! So to make sure she stayed healthy I fed her from a spoon or my hand, and she would eat most of it with no problem. Now, she finished the Clavamox yesterday and she still isn't eating. When I put it in my hand or in a spoon she chomps it all up like she would normally out of the bowl, so it doesnt seem to be an appetite problem, but now I spoiled her and she refuses to eat from her bowl! She will eat her dry food instead [which is odd, she normally didnt eat much of it but seems to enjoy it a lot more now that its mixed with the CORE] and will eat the dry food instead of her wet unless I feed it to her! Sometimes I give in because I want her to have proper nutrition and not get sick, but this needs to stop before she never eats without the help of mom again!!

Its definitely not her being finicky about the wet flavor, because she will eat it if I feed her. I put the dry away so she gets hungry and has to eventually eat it, do you think this is a good idea? Any tips would be lovely, this is quite annoying

IMHO wet is far better for your kitty to eat ... it is closer to a natural diet in % of water , protein and fat ... dry food is okay but wet is better

Yes I feed her 100% wet food, I only leave out a little dry incase shes hungry in between meals. But every since the Clavamox causing her lack of appetite [and me feeding her the wet food from a spoon or my hand to at least get her to eat SOMETHING so she doesnt get sick] she now wont eat unless shes fed, and im not sure how to get her to eat again. I took away the dry because shes being a brat with the attitude of "fine you wont feed me, Im just going to eat this until you do!". I took it away in hopes she'd get hungry and eventually eat, but so far not happening. Any tips?

Sorry I misunderstood and thought it was just the dry food she wanted handed... I suggest calling the vet as this may be a health issue not behavior
