Grew this in my garden, it is mature and the smallest tomato I have ever seen. Put it on a penny just to compare, only the size of lincoln's head!

What variety of tomato is that?

That's very funny!! I've got a few small like that but they certainly aren't ripe!

I got the plant from a neighbor, but if I recall it's called Currant Red tomato. They are usually the size of half a penny, this one was unusually small, going to try and grow plants from its tiny seeds.

No it's not a Cherry, it's an even smaller variety. The shocking thing is for it's variety, this tomato is smaller than usual. I cant imagine a tomato being any smaller lol.

It's cute!! I don't know I've ever seen any that small either. Are they normally like the size of grape tomatoes?

Here it is next to the penny and a ruler. The tomato on the right is from the same vine, but is of Normal size. Made a video too will post it soon. Video- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KGWbuZKK2lQ

That is one small tomato. Did you eat it?

It is probably caused by a genetic mutation if there are other tomatoes on the vine.
