I saw a brief bit of this on the news last night.

Unlike the other article, this did NOT have a happy ending.

I hope they find the heartless, souless, b-tard that did this.

On Monday night, a cat was shot with an arrow in Kitchener's Stanley Park.

The animal managed to crawl home but later had to be put down because of its injuries

Idiots!! I want to beat all their heads in.

I still remember the playoffs, oh it was a few years ago now, I don't think it was ever confirmed if the dog was already dead or not but some idiot put a leaf jersey on a dead dog and left it beside the road.

I don't believe in capital punishment, but maybe mob-justice for these poor creatures? How could people be so heartless?

I think it had died, Nes

This is rediculous - this is just weeks after the one in Mississauga was shot with an arrow too

Can we go back to the old "eye for an eye" rule and just shoot him with an arrow too?

Nothing makes me more angry than abuse & neglect of animals and children.
Sometimes I feel like ... there is not even words. I'll sound like a crazy lunatic if I start rambling about this topic. Hmm.

It makes me VERY angry. That's all I'll say.

It's still sad .

Remember those idiots shooting deer in the park in the spring too?
(I'm trying to remember the name of the park, it was that new one by the airport wasn't it? but all I can think is Lansdown and that's in Ottawa ).

Still giggling a bit about the idiots that broke the llamas out of the High Park Zoo though, just because my mom lives down the road! I called to ask her if she'd see any walking down the street, she missed the news and thought I was being VERY strange...

Man, we're giving Ontario a bad name today...

I've caught and taken care of a cat with a bullet wound clear through it before. Probably a .22 or similar. Luckiest cat ever - it missed everything, passed right under his spine and left a nice clean exit wound.

With feral cat problems in some areas people view cats little better than they do pigeons and rats - as pest.

I hadn't watched the news video in the top post... now I am glad I had not started eating my breakfast yet. That's awful. I cringed through the whole thing, almost started crying. *shudder* Poor baby.

OMG!!!!! I just watched the video! Whoever did such a horrible thing is extremely sick and needs to be locked up for a very long time.
