There are not at least 2 cats impeeding my ability to get comfortable.

There is less hair on the sheets than on my head.

I was thinking about this last night as I was trying to get comfortable, despite Jordan & Isaac's need to be touching me at all times. Then I realized I have a hard time sleeping without them.

Fighting for ferals in NW NJ!
I knew immediately where this one was going! It's the same here. In fact - we talked about it just last night. There were five cats in here, and we were helping them all figure out where to go so the ones that don't like touching each other wouldn't wind up next to each other. Gary was grumbling about what a PIA it all was. I asked him - would you prefer we didn't have the kitties? He looked at me like I was completely insane, and said - "No, I meant it would just be easier if they'd come in and get settled one at a time!"

Daisy has taken to sleeping in the living room instead of the bedroom. I hate it when she does that. I find myself getting up around midnight and saying "Aren't you ready for bed?" She knows what that means, and I think she feels a little guilty...or at least that's how she looks. Sometimes she'll even get up and go with me. Does she need a written invitation? The nerve of her not needing Mama anymore.
