Mom

A while ago I started this thread, and I wanted to post an update.

Mom passed away last night around 8:30 of cardiac failure. We were all with her when she passed, she was sedated and free of pain at the end. She is at peace now. We are coming to terms with her loss and it's hard, but we're grateful that she didn't have to linger for months suffering and in pain.

Thanks to all who sent prayers/vibes. I believe that all of the prayers that were being said for her helped ease her passage from this world to the next one.

I missed your first thread so had no idea what was going on. I'm glad you were able to spend some time with your mom at the end, just sorry it was so short.

What a sad time, but I think you're right - there was a great blessing there. You were all with her when she passed away, and she did not have to suffer for many months. during this terrible time.
