Hey - you CAN make that into a bed, you know? It would be cute, plus it would smell like meowmy!! I bet he will do really well on shows!!

Beautiful!! Keep the pictures coming!
Jacky - you are going to be a show pro in no time!!!!

My Mentor is going to make Ty a show set.
I have seen what some of the choices look like.
It will not be ready in time for this show though.

Ty is sooooo cute!! how old is he now?
Wow- I love his big brown/copper-ish eyes in that past photo. Very cool!
His eyes are dreamy. I'm a sucker for eyes in kitties.

Thanks for meeting our demands with more Ty pics.

He is almost 7 months. His eyes were the first thing we notices when we picked him up. They are just super gold and match his coat perfectly. In the sun, he has a very pretty gold glitter. He is curled up on my now as I lay in bed kneading me to pieces! I'm posting from my phone, but he makes it difficult when he headbutts my hand. He also has a weird habit. He kneads and purrs then he finds a spot on his side and sucks his fur! All you hear is this sucking sound. When he's done there's a big old wet section of fur. What a weirdo. When I come home from work, he's always under a blanket cuddling my bf on the couch. He's a lover!

Your boyfriend must be thinking this is the coolest cat in the whole world!! Wait until he goes to Petsmart with him on a harness - then he will be forever hooked!
Ty is one beautiful, cool little kitten! I can't wait to hear about the shows!

Haha! My bf thinks he's a spoiled brat. And sometimes annoying because he meows all the time and walks with you causing you to trip over hom from time to time. LoL Ty's a nerd for sure. He fits right in!

Thanks for the shooting star. Tried to pm you but it said your messages are full. The collar I bought for him has shooting stars.

If he's going to be shown I wouldn't put a collar on him as they leave marks on the fur around the neck.
That is true.
He will be shown in less then 2 weeks.
Yep, no collars during the year he's being shown.

I sent you seperate email regarding this, but start feeding Ty as much as he can eat. You can bump up his feeding times to 3 a day to spread things out for him.

Judges like bengals with heft, so bulk him up.

Yup, I'll start feeding him 3 times and see how much he eats. So even if it's a loose collar don't put it on him? I guess I'll just hold onto it.

NONE of my show cats (or non-show cats) wear collars. My first one did and I was told at the cat show (by a judge) that if they see signs of collar marks it tells them the cat is allowed to be roaming outside and that is frowned upon.

Besides, if the cats wear the collars too much, it wears down the fur around the neck and sometimes never grows completely out.
Even loose ones - they are dangerous for the kitties if they are too loose.

Ya my cats only wear collars with tags in case they get out. They are indoor only. Not sure if I should hold onto it or take it back. Oh well.
You know none of mine have collars and I have never had a problem.

Can you get your cats microchipped? I can understand the reason why you would want to have a collar on your cat. If they did get outside and got lost, your odds would be better if they did have identification.

Just a couple weeks ago somebody had hit a beautiful tabby cat, they didn't bother to take the poor little guy off the road. I stopped on my way to work and pulled him off the road. He was somebodys pet, only he just had a flea collar on, if he would have had tags I would have notified the owners. I don't know if he was a strictly indoor cat that maybe got out, or if he was an indoor/outdoor cat.

My cats are indoor only cats and I have had ones who like to try for the door. If collars are an issue get your cat microchipped.

Ya, they are indoor but definitely bolt for the door. Both Maui and Midnight got out because I was dating stupid people. Never had issues in the house and my bf though. No big deal.
