Just got done reading that on another website article. So sad. We recently watched the Ghost movie with him in it. One of the best movies. He will be missed.

Why are so many celebrities dying so young all of a sudden? Michael Jackson and Billy Mays at 50, Farrah Fawcett at 62, and now Patrick Swayze at 57.

I loved his work and he will be missed by many. RIP.

This is really sad . He was an amazing actor, as a kid I would listen to the dirty dancing cassette...it was my first cassette . May he Rest In Peace .

He was such a great actor. Dirty Dancing is one of my favorite movies. He fought a hard battle and its good to read that he did pass peacefully. Rest In Peace, Patrick. You will be missed by many.

I was so sad when i heard it on the news at breakfast I only googled him on sunday wondering if there was any news on him, and they said he had just left hospital in a wheelchair and was going home to die, for a change the reporters were right
