Last night was the concert and those guys were AMAZING! They had some Ricky something or other opening for them. He wasn't very good. Just him and an acoustic guitar? Not very entertaining. But then they came on and they ROCKED the house! they played for 2 hours and 15 minutes! I was dancing and singing the whole time! Surprisingly I am not hoarse today. let me tell you, I was SCREAMING my head off! All of my stress and frustration went into those screams, and now I am calm and happier! Boy did I need that concert! I was so wound when it was over that I didn't get to sleep until well after 3 and the show was over at around 10:30.(we didn't get out of the parking lot until after 11:30 and then it was a 45 minute drive home) For anyone who is thinking of seeing them but aren't sure because of the price of the tickets or not sure if they are worth it, my advice is GO! they are FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like you had a great time. i haven't been to a concert for a long time. The last one I went to was Sarah Brightman - I took my mom and MIL for mother's day 2 years ago.

Ack - I just lied! I took my mom and dad in May for Mother's day/Father's day to see Chris DeBurgh. That was an amazing concert and he played my fav song of his - Spanish Train.

Sounds like Elliot and the boys put on a great show. I saw Def Leppard 4 times over the years, they always busted their butts to please the fans. I saw them two years ago in Michigan...we had 6th row seats. There was a problem with the sound system the way it was mixed. We could hardly hear the vocals in our seats, I kinda left the concert disappointed because of it. I am sure it was just a fluke. They are coming to Michigan again in a couple of months... I have not decided if I want to go or not. So how was the sound at your concert?

Slave2_Ragdolls, the sound was fantastic! I heard everything clear as bells. It was great!
today we had the day off and so we went to the Quad Cities and stopped at this out of the way cd shop and i found the two cd's that I wanted after the concert last night! Pyromania and retro! they were $5.99 and $8.99! I was thrilled! now I need to get their new cd and I'm all set! I was bebopping around the house listening to them and rush from last night came back! It was great!

Don't worry, I bet they'll be in KY before you know it! I'm still stunned they were in the Quad Cities! I'd go again if I had the chance..

I had to travel 45 minutes to see them here. and it cost me $90.00. granted it wasn't cheap but the cost was well worth it!
